You have to go to Bangkok to have a bowl of this soup (which looks thoroughly delicious!), but it might well be worth the trip! They save the broth from day to day and add in new ingredients as needed. I cannot imagine how great this soup likely is, but I’d certainly love to try it!
My great grandma had a pot on the back burner of the stove that she kept simmering for many years. Just added scraps to it and fed the family off it as needed. BTW, my master stock will be four years old in December.
