If you’re interested in something more cookie-heavy, you can custom order a sandwich with any flavor of ice cream stuffed between two huge homemade cookies of your choice. I went with a chocolate chip cookie sandwich with bright lavender Birthday Cake ice cream in the middle, topped with M&M’s and a drizzle of peanut butter. INCREDIBLE. The cookies are soft and fresh, and the ice cream is creamy and smooth. Combined with the toppings I requested, it is a unique and satisfying dessert.

If ice cream is your preferred base, don’t miss one of the amazing milkshakes. With an entire cookie blended into it, a cookies and cream shake is a sweet and rich remake of a classic milkshake flavor. An extra-thick straw allows you to get those delicious unblended chunks of cookie at the bottom, and to top it all off, you get a SECOND whole cookie as a garnish to the shake.

Finally, you can keep it old school and simply order your favorite ice cream flavor with toppings, and of course, a cookie. A layer of Reese’s Pieces atop some of the softest Vanilla Bean ice cream I’ve ever tried was the perfect combination. Top it off with a fresh, whole Cookie Monster cookie, and you’ve got a treat that checks all the boxes.
