Hi-D-Ho Drive-In

What to Eat at Hi-D-Ho Drive in
From-scratch quick eats are dandy at this true old-fashioned drive-in, where stars of the menu are the green chile cheeseburger and freshly squeezed limeade and lemonade.
Hi-D-Ho Drive in | What to ExpectInstead of taking the bypass around Radiator Springs, cruise through the town on White Sands Blvd on your way to or from the mountains and stop by Hi-D-Ho for a New Mexican classic – a Green Chili Burger. We put green chilies on everything here (pizza, burgers, mac & cheese, ice cream, etc. – it’s ubiquitous), so you may as well have the best one around. It’s gonna take a little while, roughly 15-20 minutes if it’s not too busy. They make everything to order, from the lemonades and limeades to the fries and burgers. Next up is little or no indoor seating. There are several tables set up on the covered porch to enjoy the only thing more prevalent than chilies in NM – the sunshine. That being said, it’s worth it. Best green chili burger in the area. |
