    Very nice presentation. Sure looks good also. I have never cooked a fish that way. Now you got me enthused.

    Got this pretty striped bass at the fish market today.

    Sliced a lemon, lime, tangelo, and onion and mixed with salt and Old Bay seasoning  1/2 in the gut cavity, 1/2 on top. Drizzled with olive oil and ready to go into the oven to bake.

    Fish dinner in time for the Jaguars  Patriots game.
