Unfortunately it’s not in Cincinnati (why?) but its at the the Lima and Mansfield locations and at all locations in Dayton and Columbus. Might be good, depending on the quality of the Mac & Cheese. I’ll have to try a homemade version and see if I like it…
I’m going to stick with the original, four way with onions. I’ll be having it in Naples next week.

Assuming it’s good quality Mac & Cheese, that might be the only way I’d consider Skyline Chili a “must have”.

I’m a bit confused. The picture above doesn’t look too bad even though I’m not a mac ‘n cheese fan at all. But the picture in the linked article doesn’t look like the mac is sauced at all – mac under chili topped with cheese??? So it’s just macaroni pasta instead of spaghetti?
The reporter refers to it as an abomination.

Naples, Florida?
Although it would be interesting to see the locals’ reactions if a Skyline opened in Naples, Italy.

No. It is macaroni and cheese, not just macaroni pasta (a.k.a., chili mac). The cheese sauce is just a bit on the pale side and not the neon orange you would find in Kraft Mac & Cheese.
Remember that Cincinnati-style chili is almost a holy food here in the Queen City. Anything messing with the purity of the 3-way deserves to be called an abomination (i.e., its a joke 😉 ).
