Another great roadside site.
Many of you know about this place and I think it’s in the Roadfood books, but it’s near my place in AZ and it’s one of my favorite examples of food-related "roadside architecture" (and they serve a darned good burger). The Longhorn Grill in Amado, AZ (entrance through the skull’s nasal passages):
