I thought they’d discontinued FastBreaks a long time ago. I used to get them for my grandson, but I haven’t seen any in the stores in about a year.

I just went to the Hershey’s/Reese’s website. FastBreak is listed as a current product, and it says nothing about it being discontinued. There is a number you can call (800-468-1714), but all you can get now is recordings. It says the office hours are 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Eastern Time during the week. If you really want to know, I’d try calling them tomorrow and asking them directly.

Nothing against the clerk you talked to, but I know from retail experience that often times the information passed from management down to sales associates is not completely reliable.

Well, I was shopping one night at Wal-Mart and I was walking through the checkout isles.

I noticed that Reese’s FastBreaks were on sale for $0.25 each! I grabbed like $3.00 worth since I love these things. I got up to pay for them and I asked why they were priced so low.

She replied that they are being discontinued and the store is just trying to get rid of them all.

Okay…is this true? If so, why? And what can we do to keep it in circulation? Maybe like create a website to save it or something…

I dunno…I just need to know if my favorite candy is being discontinued or not….
