I think it looks interesting. Definitely would give it a try…or two.
I call it a ‘Red Neck Ruben’. May be pour a little cheese on it. … I eat em all the time at my house. Some times i’ll corn the butt; then slow-cook it. Or corn an Rye of round or brisket for a real ruben.
Oh … I make my own kraut too! I have 8 pints in the frig now.
