need help to lease a existing restaurant to convert indian restaurant
I am from Oldsmar, FL, worjked for indian restauarnt for 10 yrs and planning to open a New indian restaurant in oldsmar, FL and I found recently closed existing Latin Americal restaurant which is 10 yeras old and it has furniture, hood and HVAC. But its need new grease tap, take out partitions Etc and i have to spend nearly 40 k to remodel it. Gurus please help me i need information regarding landlord how to work with lease terms and how to find find a good general contractor to remodelling the restuarnt and what is best way to do markeiting (advertisement) and find food vendors. I appriciate your responce.
