Thanks for the lead Shaynas Mom! Will try it out.[:)]
Can’t say I’ve ever heard of a mile high pancake. If it means that they are thick from air and fluff, I have found it happening when I make them from scratch and put the batter on the hot griddle about 5-10 minutes after mixing the batter with a wire wisk. They seem to plump right up there.
May I suggest eating about 6 or 8 of em’ stacked up one on top the other, that should get you piled a mile high.
I like "Egg Coated Toast" better!(can’t say french)LOL
Here is a recipe from the Clabber Girl baking powder site – http://www.clabbergirl.com/recipe.php?id=714
Makes sense…but this is for low-landers. LOL [;)]
Have ya tried Denver ???? [:D][?]
Have heard about these but never had ’em. Anyone have a lead on a place that serves or a recipe?[:I]
