I come from a Bohemian family and I got the recipe my dad used. It’s a complicated recipe with hog parts that you can get but it takes a long time to make it come out right. I’ve made it before when I was on the farm and we butchered our own hogs. then I got some extra ingredients at the butcher shop and was in business. The thing I want to ask you is….. did you find any recipes in your search…I think there’s a recipe out there that tastes about the same but is a lot easier to put together.
there isn’t exactly a wealth of information on the first 10 hits in google.
