I had been looking at this site.    I was wondering if food trucks may be different for whatever reason.  I didn’t know about the ground neutral bonding issues with the Honda generators.  Good information.

It wont let me post the link, but it is noshockzone.  org

    Thanks.

I’d recommend you do a google on RV grounding, you will find a ton of info already posted on many forums with wiring diagrams and very good explanations on how to ground a mobile unit.

    Hi all,

I am currently building a concession trailer.  I was wondering what is most common, grounding the 110v electrical to the chassis/trailer frame or just using the dead ground wire from the shore power/generator?  I am just below 20 amps as far as power requirements.  I am planning on setting this up by using one leg of a 50 amp service to allow room to grow later.  Any thoughts?  I am planning on using an electrician, but I figure the more I know up front, the less likely he will try to hose me on cost.

[p]I have also cut them in half, hollowed them out, stuffed and baked them.  Same with eggplant.  You can add sausage to the stuffing……….or not……..just vegetables.  Top with some grated Parmesan.[/p]
