You’ll find in the hot summer you may have to add ice to your batter to keep it cool. Funnel cake batter is a pain if it’s not right, but there’s a ton of profit in them
Awesome Porkchop. That’s the type of trick of the trade answer I was looking for
If you are going to be using alot of mix in a day, mix it in new 5 gallon bucket that has a lid, also buy a mixing rod for your drill so you don’t have to hand turn the batter
Mix and then put it in your funnel pitcher.
I’ve never made them before but I’m about to start.
To keep it simple to begin with I’m going to use a mix(Gold Medal Pennsylvania Dutch) instead of from scratch.
To mix it you just add cold water.
My question: Do you mix it directly in the funnel pitcher or mix then put into the pitcher?
Thanks
This place has been a huge help.
