Hey thanks Tom!!!
You can also find WSMs at many cooksites during competitions.
It can produce top results ,as you continue to learn the cooking.

Many of your cooks will strongly recommend the Weber Smokey Mountain.
It is arguably the simplest and best bullet cooker made.
They run around $180 and can be found at numerous places.
Here is a website that features and strongly supports the users of WSM s.

TY BigGlenn! I appreciate the feedback. Thanks for the link also!
I have a Offset Smoker by New Braunfels. The Silver Smoker
Offset firebox design 492 sq. in. of cooking space. Convenient front shelf. Dual air damper system for heat and smoke control. Convenient access door to tend the fire. Durable, heat resistant powder coat paint.Porcelain coated cooking grates. Lower storage shelf. I bought it second hand and refinished it. I couldn’t go wrong for $40.00 plus sandpaper, primer, Paint and some elbow grease. It’s great! I think it sells fo under $300.00.
I am interested in purchasing a smoker and need advice on where to start. I have about 300 dollars to spend and want something that is beginner friendly but a unit that can be used by someone that is more experienced also. I would like recommendations on brands and types of smokers. Thanks in advance!
