If you happen to be on I-80 passing through Nebraska, be sure to stop for coffee and donuts at Delight Donut, 324 3rd Ave., Kearney, NE 68845,(308) 234-3333. This is just north of the Interstate on the exit that is route 44, on the west side of the road. My husband and I had a cinnamon roll and an apple fritter. At 6:15 a.m. on a Saturday they were fantastically fresh and yummy. The donuts in all varieties looked great, too. The coffee was very good. Very clean, eat in or take out. Give it a try. I plan to stop again on my way back across Nebraska.
