More spicy, Heat is a personal preference. I don’t make my home cooked meals with too much heat (red pepper ect…) cause the wife & kids don’t like things too hot. One can allways add hot sauce to taste
on their own plate. Restaurants down here do the same thing, They don’t want kill the northern tourist[;)] You can request more heat at most places But, I wouldn’t recomend that…
During crawfish season Barooms have FREE crawfish boils, BEWARE!!!
They put soooo much cayeen (to make folks buy plenty of pops) it’ll blister your hands. If you didn’t have an ulser your almost there afterwards. If you aint from down here stay away from the free boils
