Brown a couple of pork chops, add a can of Golden Mushroom soup, cover, and simmer for 45 minutes. Add some sliced
onion, green pepper, and an opened bag of boil in bag rice. Stir, cover, and simmer for another 30 minutes.

John, I have noticed you are big on pork chops. I only have one point in saying that. I’m going to need your address for the mapquest directions to work.
Looks fine John, But Boil in bag rice? I need to send you some Louisiana rice.
I think it looks great and will make it but the total cooking time seems pretty long for pork chops, no criticism, just curious.
We do it about once a month. I guess it’s either repeat yourself or retire, I’m too young for that. [;)][:D]
