No secret that we love The Apple Pan. Although the idea of new owners is rather scary, I am buoyed by the fact that they were handpicked by the original family. Please: don’t change a thing!
Isn’t Irving Azoff the longtime manager of The Eagles?

I hope this record mogul doesn’t change a thing.
Rather sad about this news.
The name, Irving Azoff doesn’t mean anything to me. This troubles me so I don’t want to Google him.
Hope he takes the path Warren Buffet took when he purchased See’s Candy. Didn’t change a thing, at least in the beginning. So far only the prices have skyrocketed and they’ve added new items and moved East a bit.
A change I’d like… Open on Mondays.
Azoff was/is? agent/manager of the Eagles.
Most restaurants that have hands-on ownership for such a long time loose their Soul
when sold to the “Guys” wiih money.

I’ve been there recently and nothing has changed. Can’t say it won’t, though.
The thought is sad.
