as a matter of fact, just picked up 2 ripe mangos at the market today to go into the machine…..mmmmmmmmmmmmmm……………..dessert!
I have a Cuisinart Ice Cream and Gelato Maker. It’s always ready because I keep the bowl in the freezer. Works well, although best texture is obtained by freezing the finished product in your freezer for about 20 minutes after it’s made. It’s a good unit!
Which one do you recommend??
Anyone have a Home Gelato Machine??
