Your problem was obviously the sour cream..too much dairy ruined your fruit and vegetable portion
I prefer vegetable lunches…..rice, hops, and barley. (Burp!)
Health food and a buzz, all-in-one![:p][:p][:p]

Don’t forget those "super" foods… blueberry pie, broccoli rice cheese casserole, cranberry/pomegranite martinis, sweet potato pie, and baked beans with brown sugar and bacon!
I was looking at a book, "101 Foods that will Save Your Life". (or something like that)
Corn, eggs, beans, onions, tomatoes and chilies were on the list. Sounds like huevos rancheros is a health food![:p]
If only that were the true way to cover the fruits and vegetable intake if the day!!LOL![:)]
It wasn’t the turnover. Don’t fault the turnover.
Yesterday while shopping I noticed information that
we should eat 5 vegetables or fruits a day.
So I did———
1) I had an Apple turnover for breakfast then for dinner had
2) Carrots sauted in butter and brandy
3) Asparagrus with hollandaise sauce
4) Baked Potato with butter and sour cream then
5) Strawberry shortcake for dessert
Not only was I not health from those 5 foods,
I had an upset stomach and this morning I
found out I gained 2 pounds. So much for that healthy diet.
Another hoax uncovered.
I will second that. Unfortunately I have had to defer until after 5:00PM. I got to enjoy earlier than that sometime ago. I had to change my personal habits.

I have seen a lot of ladies in the eat & drink joints and often I couldn’t pick them up—–
physically I mean. And I am a pretty big guy. So Ort, my man, I stay away from places like that.
My mother warned me a long, long time ago.
Go to most any chain eatery/drinkery on most any night and you’ll encounter far more than any day’s recommended allotment of vegetables! Hey, if you’re single, some of them might actually try to pick you up, too.

I have had no trouble with it at all-tonight for instance.
Started with a bourbon old-fashioned—which had 2 cherries and a slice of orange.
Two down and 3 to go.
A chunk of celery filled with cream cheese and some spices and paprika. Good stuff.
Three and counting.
Pasta primavera———–the spring is here and this pasta was filled with vegetables of all sorts
and then covered with a thick sauce and lots of cheese. Moi Perfecto. Long Live the Chef !!!!!
Dessert was pineapple huppa-side-cake with vanilla ice cream. Now I know the ice cream was overdoing it, but you only live once. I hope !!!!!
So I had cherries, orange, pineapple, celery and lots of other vegetable kinda stuff.
So I had more than 5 and I think I will still gain a pound or two—-what kinda health diet is that ???
Anyone else find the Federally recommended diet an impossible task? Seems like one would have to be constantly grazing to get the totals the Food Pyramid demands.
I thought potato was a starch. That could be you’re problem.
Try shredded zuchini casserole next time. Lots of butter and parmesan.
