Allie’s Donuts

One of the best

Allie’s offers a tremendous variety of donuts that range from plain cake rounds to long johns that are filled and elaborately decorated with frosting and multicolored jimmies. We are fond of the honey dipped donuts and glazed crullers, as well as heavyweight jellysticks, either plain or powder-sugared. Allie’s also makes “donut cakes” suitable for birthdays: gigantic donuts ready to slice into pieces and, one hopes, get topped with ice cream.

Raised Jelly Stick
At the far left is an old-fashioned glazed cruller. In the center, from top, are a sugar-dusted honey-dipped, a coconut frosted, and a whoopie pie. At the right is a powder-sugar-topped jelly stick. The jelly stick is a meal by itself.
