I visited Restaurant Depot in Kansas City this evening. I found a hot link made by Leon’s of Chicago. I have been looking for a spicy link to sell. It is DELICIOUS. I want to put it on my menu tomorrow. A couple of questions;
1. Is it OK to call it a spicy hot link?
2. If I boil it in the same water as other dogs, will I have problems with it ‘spice in up’ my other dogs?

I think I can sell this to certain customers and it is a nice addition to my menu. Any other comments or suggestions?
