Baked Pancake Casserole

A twist on the classic breakfast favorite, delicious with fruit and syrup or yogurt.

  • Prep Time: 20 minutes minutes
  • Yield: 9 Servings
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup pancake mix
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Preheat oven to 425°F. Melt the butter in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish in the oven.
  • Combine eggs, pancake mix, milk, and salt and pour the mixture into the dish. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top puffs up.
