Also known as loin back ribs, baby backs are extremely tender and sport a larger percentage of meat to bone than other ribs. Slightly curved and fairly small – about three inches – they are quite wieldy and hence a favorite in more polite restaurants where gnawing on a big, sloppy bone might seem uncouth. baby back rib is one of my favorite dishes but when it ccok on the gas grill.it taste is more juicy or tender.
