Chocolate Dishes

Chocolate dishes range from candy bars to Mexican mole. They’re cakes, pies, and ice creams. They can be as gentle as chocolate milk or as intense as death-by-chocolate lava cake. A few unique regional American chocolate treats are Charlie Chaplin candy in Buffalo (that’s marshmallow, coconut, cashews & chocolate), chocolate-covered frozen bananas on Balboa Island in California, chocolate Coca-Cola cake, Toll House cookies, fairy food (aka sponge candy, seafoam, molasses puffs), and whoopie pie.
