Pho

Pho, pronounced fuh, is Vietnamese broth that includes rice noodles, vegetables and meat, usually in the form of beef strips. It is common practice to add the beef, very rare or raw, to the soup as it is served, the broth being hot enough to cook it. It is up to the eater to add sriracha, hoisin sauce, or lemon juice as desired.
