What should I eat at Bridge Pizza?

We always want to order everything on the wide Italian menu. An appetizer of Bridge Sticks is thick crust and loads of melted mozzarella served with a side of marinara dipping sauce — like a mini margarita pizza. A 12-inch, hand-crafted “Brooklyn pizza” comes topped with basil, tomatoes, and Parmesan: the right size for two. One of my favorite dishes is the house salad, dressed with balsamic vinaigrette. Fresh, crisp lettuce is topped with tomatoes, cucumbers, shredded carrots, and sunflower seeds. I’ve asked for the Bridge Pizza vinaigrette recipe, but it is a close-kept family secret.

This restaurant is a memorable place with great food, a relaxed atmosphere, and ideal location. I will definitely be going back for more pizza, pasta, and that wonderful salad.
