We could not agree more with Candy, this is the best fried chicken we have ever eaten. We have been fans of Barberton style chicken since we were young children, were now in our late 60’s and visit Belgrade Gardens often. Glad to see them get this recognition after almost 90 years in business. Thank you RoadFood and Belgrade Gardens. Now I am ready for some chicken. Their chicken paprikash and hot rice are also the best.

I’m thrilled to see this episode! I’ve been a fan of Barberton chicken all my life, including not only the chicken but the delicious fries and wonderful Cole slaw. Most people also love the hot rice dish as well. Now I’m hungry…got to go get some Barberton chicken!

Well, to start with, congratulations for this new show, it’s very interesting. One thought I’d suggest is that you could add in for some non-typical dishes a sneak peak on how it’s made.
