Roadfood with Misha Collins- Behind the Scenes: Chicago Part II

Check out this short montage of photos and videos that we shot through the amazing city of Chicago.  Chicago has everything you could ever want in a city; museums, food, architecture- you name it and Chicago has it.  In our trip to this vibrant town, we tasted BBQ from the South Side of Chicago, where they use a special kind of technique to create their BBQ flavors.  The restaurants we visited use the aquarium style BBQ, which you will see in the episode.  This style of BBQ delivers some excellent flavors and a diversity of different types of meats and spices depending on the restaurant.

Loved the Chicago show. Len’s and Slab bbq are places I would love to visit. Can you please tell me the young man’s name who was running for congress that you had on towards the end of your show? Thank you and am really looking forward to future shows.

I love Misha, food and behind the scenes footage so this is complete serotonin for me! I love to see raw footage of just people interacting because I gain more perspective of their personalities and culture. I love to learn about people and places!
