    #1. Toasted Bagel
    Cream Cheese mixed with a small can of Deviled Ham or Potted Meat and finely chopped Hard Boiled Egg
    Bacon
    Slice of Tomato
    Dash of Tony Cachetere’s
    Bagel
     
    #2 Home-made Cheese Biscuit, Sliced. (Recipe Below)
    1/2 warm Hot Dog sliced lengthwise
    1 Scrambled Egg
    1 slice of cheese, your choice
     
    Cheese Biscuits
    Ingredients:
    ·         2 cups all-purpose flour, sift before measuring[/H5] ·         2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder[/H5] ·         1/2 teaspoon salt[/H5] ·         1/2 teaspoon dry mustard[/H5] ·         3 tablespoons butter[/H5] ·         2/3 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese[/H5] ·         2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley[/H5] ·         3/4 cup milk plus a little milk for brushing tops[/H5] Preparation:[/H5] Sift together flour, baking powder, salt, and dry mustard; cut in butter. Stir in shredded cheese, 2 tablespoons chopped parsley, and milk. Mix together lightly with a fork, just until moistened. Turn dough out onto a floured surface and knead gently a few times, until smooth. Roll out about 3/4-inch thick, cut with a Biscuit Cutter and place on a greased and floured baking sheet. Brush tops with milk; bake at 450° 20 to 25 minutes, until browned. Brush with Melted Butter.

    Grilled chicken breast
    Gruyere cheese
    Crisp bacon
    Thick slice of raw Vidalia onion
    Fresh sprouts (your choice)
    Tiger sauce
    Horseradish sauce

    Served on a toasted & buttered hamburger bun.
