It’s once again the Year of the Pig, according to the Chinese calendar…

…but thanks to bacon, belly, ribs, chops, butt, side pork and tenderloins, doesn’t the pig pretty much own every year?[;)]

We dressed in red and went out for a nice Chinese dinner last night at one of our local establishments. Authentic? Not around here. This tiger wishes everyone Happy Year of the Pig!
