i wouldn’t do a thing for a klondike bar…i WOULD do lots of horrific things for a chocolate-chocolate dove bar, however.
a few days ago, one of my students was complaining about cross-country track practice….how it’s so hard b/c she runs 4 miles everyday after school. i told the class that the only way i’d ever run 4 miles is if there was a plate of ribs for me at the end of it.
it got more laughs than i expected.
My local DQ has a sign up right now to stock up on your Dilly Bars because they close for the winter in 7 days.
Does anyone remember something called a "Dilly bar"? They used
to be vaguely oval shaped and came in assorted colors as well as
chocolate. From Dairy Queen’s?
retired & glad
I have been following your "Adkins" efforts and admire your persistance. In the past I have considered this diet also, not only to lose weight, but as a means to control sugar. Have you come to terms with it now or do you still have a problem with "cravings"?. What success have you had losing weight? Have you had a blood workup since starting ie: what has happened with cholesterol, Etc. I’m not simply being nosy, & don’t feel you have to answer, if you care not to. I’m sincerely interested.
I have been on this Atkins diet for 9 weeks and I have not had any sugar, bread, grain or pasta.
I really miss Krispy Kreme
Paul E. Smith
Go to the store and buy one.
I’d have to be off my diet, for one. I haphazardly bypassed the two boxes of Krispy Kremes that a well-meaning co-worker brought in today. It was not easy, mind you.
I saw that one too, Meowzart. I thought it was a great parody.
I wouldn’t do much for a Klondike bar. Don’t think they’re that great.
I once saw somebody with a t-shirt that said "WWJD…for a Klondike Bar?"
That’s so scary…but pretty cool too.
god, i almost posted this exact same question today.
we must me on the same lame -wavelength toady, b/c i was thinking it was funny.[:)]

What would you do…
