I met G. Gordon Liddy once in a barbecue restaurant in Arlington, VA.

    Was he a rib man?

Can’t say.  His shaved pate was so shiny I was unable to glance at his plate.

BTW, I say “met” as in saying “Hi” while passing as opposed to “dined with”.

Had I sat down I doubtlessly would have asked him if he availed himself of the rooftop pool during his short stay at HoJo’s.

Pretty close. It’s just a hop, skip and a jump from Fort Wayne where the hamburger was invented.

It's been reported that there isn't any place to eat in the Cincinnati,Kentucky area.

That's right down the road from Louisville, Indiana, isn't it?

    $85 co-pay?  That’s with supplemental insurance?

Yes.  And a good one, too.

Next year is mine.  Already NOT looking forward to it.

    Start saving now!

My trick…  buy some won ton soup at a good Chinese restaurant.

Strain it and eat the broth.

    At least it tastes good.

Chinese food has the opposite effect on me.

Life is not complete until you have washed down three https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Salte%C3%B1as saltenas dipped in https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Llajwa llajua with several beers on a sunny day at an altitude of 12,000 feet!

All you have to do to get there is to drive up this road:

And, BTW, did you know that Bolivia still has a large German community?

Mar, according to my Doc, this is a lot less "involved" than the previous prep drugs.

Good luck tomorrow Jim. “I do like black olives” actually they are “Ripe Olives”…I am starting a movement to get that term corrected along w/ “Boneless Chicken Wings” aka chunks of chicken breast! Maybe a “Go Fund me” page? [8D]

As today I’m on a liquid diet + “meds” to prep for a routine colonoscopy tomorrow all this “prune talk” is making me queasy.

On the other hand (but never on my fingers), I do like black olives, which are (BTW) the single most expensive ‘complimentary’ veggie that Subway offers on their subs.  That’s why I always have to ask for “more” two or three times on my BMT’s and Spicy Italians.

    Lord, help me.

    I’m suddenly craving a Jimmie John’s “Vito” w/hot peppers.

    Curse this liquid diet!
