I carry a nitroglycerin bottle filled with Habanero powder!
We alwats carry a small peppermill with good pepper corns, restaurant pepper is like sawdust.
I got one of the travel, or pocket sized mills sold by these guys, like it well. Beats the hell out of the junky commercial pepper in a shaker at EVERY coffee shop. Personally, I like loading it up with the melange of black, red, green and white corns, which I find pretty versatile.
