P’tit Basque for me. There are some Wisconsin dairies that produce a comparable product.
Excellent sheep’s milk cheese from the Pyrenees! Heck, I never met a cheese I didn’t like. That Boulette d’Avesnes makes Limburger look like cream cheese. The stinkier the better for me.
Even stinkier is this Boulette d’Avesnes. Yeah. We don’t like cheese.
