What a happy coincidence! http://carnitasuruapanchi.com Carnitas Uruapan is one of the places we’ll be hitting when nagle & Wawa Mama visit Chicago later this month.

I figured we’d give Uruapan a shot this trip. Still firming up plans, but we’ll there either Friday the 24th or Saturday the 25th. No set time yet. All are welcome to join us.

OMG! These carnitas look absolutely fantastic! I will definitely be visiting this place, if I get to Chicago anytime soon. After 40 years these folks have got it down pat! My mouth is watering now, and I really want some of these!
