Going thru the smokes in a few weeks-via Knoxville.
Any recommendation for regional specialties?
That is a large area to cover. Are you staying close to I-40 or are you actually getting off and going through Smokey Mt National Park? If you are crossing over the Smokies via 441 then there are endless places to eat. It is a tourist area and mixed in with the usual chains are plenty of local eateries. It really depends on the route you are taking
