Thanks for the suggestions, I’m working in a small Thai/sushi restaurant at the moment, learning sushi since there aren’t many really good sushi places in Texas I thought about opening one when I learned the trade, however I know the place I’m looking at doesn’t have the facilities for a sushi bar, I think the "1 ingredient restaurant" is a really neat idea.
Since my true passion is for chocolates and sweets perhaps I could do something along those lines? I do love a good truffle [:D]
If I were you and had all these basic questions, I’d consider getting a job in a place as close to what I wanted to open myself. I’d spend some time learning the business before I’d put my hard earned money into it. But, good luck.
i’m new to road food but was looking for some advice from those who are experienced.
I am looking at opening a small cafe somewhat soon, i have the location i have a location but have very few ideas as to what to put on the menu. The location is incorporated with another business so i will be getting run off traffic from them as well as the surrounding businesses. I know that the area needs some work to be up to standards but thats easily fixed. Please help me with some cost effective ideas?
Any help is appreciated.[:I]
