From Eater SF
I must admit, I didn’t even know SF had hot dog shops; there aren’t any listed in the SF guide on the other half of this site.
I wonder what kind of toppings a SFSD would have.
Well, it mentions some. And says the hot dog vendors in the Mission district are up and running, with bacon and jalapeno dogs. What? They don’t put rice on Mission Dogs?
And then, 5 days later, from the same reporter
I’d try one. We had a Japanese and a Korean food truck here for a while hustling dogs. The Kimchi (or K-dog) at Koagie’s Hots was good. Didn’t care for the Geisha Dog at Happy Endings. Both are gone, as are most of the better food trucks from that fad a decade ago.
