I’ve never seen the plain root beer pops, but was once addicted to Schwann’s root beer float pops as described above by Big_g.
http://www.schwanns.com to see if they’re in your area. (They’re a home delivery service with some okay-to-decent items, but don’t be fooled, the only "real" reason to get the service is the popsicles and their really wonderful eggnog ice cream around Christmas.)
Not to be overly obvious, but what about making your own? I rememeber as a kid (from Brooklyn, which is a form of New Jersey….) we used to do that with root beer, coke, etc. in ice cube trays & sticking in those craft sticks. And it was fun!
Contact your local commercial ice cream distributors. These products are distributed throughout the US by Unilever.

I’ve not thought of those in years….I too used to really enjoy them. If my memory is right I even remember someone in the St. Louis area doing a rootbeer float on a stick. Kind of like a dreamcycle with vanilla ice cream covered in orange sherbert or popcycle. Wow they were tasty. I’ll have to ransake the grocery this week and see if anyone still makes them.
To my fellow all informative RoadFooders- where can i find rootbeer popsicles? I remember having them as a child in NJ but cannot find any here
My son loves rootbeer, and i thought he would like them
Thanks people!!
