For those RoadFooders in Connecticut, you should know that the Rolling Meadows Restaurant us open at 6:30 AM for breakfast until 11 AM. After 11, they serve burgers, hot dogs and sandwiches. A meatcutter friend of mine loves their hamburgers. Tell Marti the owner that you found out about it from Walt Powers on Roadfood.com. It is located at rolling Meadows Golf Course on Route 140 between Warehouse Point and the center of Ellington.
