While they still have 3 Indianapolis area locations, this was their first. They just really never caught on and business wasn’t even on a par with the other local restaurants in the immediate area. Guess most Indiana folks thought fries go on the side, not on the sandwich. Add in the lack of customers, mediocre service and such and they were doomed. Many reviewers were not kind to them.

I don t expect the one in Scranton to last much longer. Poor location, poor service, poor quality. No two sandwiches look them same. Shame, they started off good.
The one in Tridelphia WV at the Highlands is awful. I don’t expect it to be there very long.
Primanti Bros. Closes Indiana Location
We have three Primanti’s locations within 15 minutes of where I live. As much as we enjoy their sandwiches, we never go, since the quality isn’t anywhere near as good as the original Strip District location.
As a matter of fact, if for one reason or another both my wife and I are awake in the middle of the night, we will make our way into the city to eat there. The last time we did that, just a few weeks ago, the only other customers were bouncers from clubs and police officers. Not too many others up at 3:00 in the morning.
