Finally an owner who has conquered the waste problem.
Doesn’t matter how much you cook there is never anything left.Health permitting this January I’m planning a little walkabout, I’m really looking forward to seeing Chillidogs.
Hell, I may even find Doc and Billy.
Ice Cream Man, it is nice to see you are still lurking around. I look forward to meeting you should you make it to the tropical south!

Let us know when you cross the boarder, may be time to dbl lock the doors…………
I am a restaurant chef in a B&M place in Wasilla AK. I agree with you that there are a lot of Carts and Trailer businesses out there but they will always come and go. The B&M places are usually a permanent situation. I take my hat off to those who can maintain that lifestyle but for me, it is better to have 300 birds in hand rather than 3 in the bush, so to speak.

I tip my hat to you ‘Sir’.
We have alot here and I can tell by the post/poster.
I remember when you came here talking Collards on a Dog. How is that going.LOL
I have a cart and B&M NOW. My B&M is not your typical but works for us.
Haven’t tried it yet but its coming. Have found out that the people in my area are not that quick to try something new, but I’m working on them. Business has been good with 600-1000 days since the newspaper put out a story on us on the front page. You can read about us here:http://www.onlineathens.com/stories/072210/new_680583289.shtml http://www.onlineathens.c…10/new_680583289.shtml
Is there a way to take polls on here? Just curious as to how many B&M there are as opposed to carts or trailers. We B&M people feel kinda lost on here. There used to be a lot of us on here, where have they gone? Are they there just below the surface but not speaking. Definitely not trying to pick a fight or be a smartass because I really got a lot from you guys starting out. But this site is very heavily laden with trailers and carts. Is there another site that is geared toward actual sit down and eat restaurants?
