Hi all,
Stayed at Harrahs comped last week one night .
Played in the 10000 815pm No Limit Tourney
Placed third out of about 80 players . Nice payout .
No bad beats , when I went in with best hand I won , final hand I got a tell on the eventual winner . Figured he had AK or AQ, had to call his all in as he was three to one chip leader and I would’ve been forced next of three hanbs to go all in anyway .
Even asked him you got AK or AQ I got to call you . Sure enough AK off suit .
I had 10 , 6 Clubs .
10 on the flop , blank on the turn , K on ther river .
Oh well thats poker baby !!!
Paid for entire trip and then some .
May make another trip down there next Mon or wed after the super Bowl .

Stating at Harrahs and will be playing in the No limit tourney at 8pm
10000 in chips and no antes , nice structure .
WPT over in Borgata should get some overflow from there so looking for a nice size crowd.

Hi everyone ,
Played in a cash game 1 – 2 No limit last Sat at the Showboat .
Had about 4 hours of playing time until our dinner reservations .
Played even most of the day until hitting two big pots to grab a profit of $250 when cashing out .
With Nine at the table I raise to six dollars on the button with A Q suited , two limpers and the blinds stay in . Wow been playing tight all day , I raise and no one folds .
On the flop , bingo J , 4 , 2 suited and I catch the flush , everyone checks .
The turn is a 10 off , the raising starts . Hoping someone has a king for the straight I check the nut flush and they start going at it . The limpers finally fold so its down to three of us . Me on the button and the blinds .
With a few raises and reraises I just smooth call these two going at it .
The river is a 7 suited so four clubs on the table , still got the nut flush .
Small blind bets only $10 into a 80 pot and gets the big to raise to 50 . I reraise all in for about $120 . Small blind folds and later shows three 10s with one club for a ten high flush . big blind calls me with a King high flush . Ouch for him !! Nice big pot win another couple small pots and I cash out for a nice profit for the day .
Gonna be in Vegas Feb 28th to March 4th for anyone in the area .

I will be in AC next Saturday for the day . Probably looking to play a cash game of 1 , 2 no limit at Showboat . Limited time so I’m unsure of playing in a tourney that can run over our six hours there .

Played hold-em this afternoon, finished 11th, out of the money. Finished 1st in an Omaha 8 Tourney last Thursday.That was my 4th 1st, and 5th cash in that tourney over the past 8 weeks. We switch to RAZZ this Thursday.
Played Omaha 8 tourney on the 23rd, finished 3rd.
Played in a RAZZ tourney on the 25th, 120 players, I made it to the final table, then promptly got crushed out on the 1st hand of the final table, 3 of us got taken out at the same time, fortunately I had more chips then the other two all in callers, so I finished 8th.
Played in my local Holdem tourney on the 26th, finished 2nd, so I am still in 1st place in the overall tourney, as the 2nd, 3rd and 4th place folks in the overall tourney did not make it to the final table.
Haven’t played much in the way of cash games since I got back from Lost Wages, actually only once, and that was only for about 20 minutes, cashed out and went home. Just haven’t had the interest, hope it comes back. So for now I will just keep playing tourneys.
So far haven’t seen myself on any of the WSOP footage.

Doatsi82 , not correct at all they show many players that get knocked out early . Feature table and another main table along with many shots of players living out a dream .
Texas dolly got a lot of attention before getting knocked out , deservedly so because I’m guessing except for Scooty Ngyugen who makes it far , there will not be many top pros who are seen after the first few episodes ,
Keep an eye out CCJPO and let me know if we can see you in an episode . I have em on DVR .

I don’t think I’ll get any T.V. time, Although I was filmed talking to Doyle Brunson, who I have been acquainted with for about 25 years, but don’t know real well, but he does always remember my name, and remembers that we have played togeather on several occassions, oh so many years ago. He was introducing me to Phil Ivey.
But that is about my claim to fame for WSOP 2007.
Still playing locally, and driving to Reno, or up to Tahoe occassionally. Still in 1st place in my local tourney, plan on stating there. Although finished 13th yesterday. Playing in an Omaha 8 – Hi-low split tonight. A RAZZ (why to I bother playing a game that drives me crazy? Oh yea, because it is poker.

Main Event WSOP is now on ESPN . Any chance of seeing CCJPO on these shows .
First two episodes they were heavy on past winners and some celebs.
Ray Romano and his sidekick
Montell the early chip leader among a few of them .
Past winner they showed include Doyle , Baldwin , PH , Hachem , Chan , Gold and Huck Seed to name a few.

Played in an Omaha 8 Hi-Low split tourney last night finished 8th out of 120, not bad, game still not as sharp as I’d like, I think I am still pokered out.
I’ll try again after we get back from our much needed vacation.

Play in an Omaha 8 tourney tomorrow. I’ll see how I do.
Then off to the Abaco’s for 10 days of R&R, eat conch, catch some mutton, hogs, snapper and bonefish.

Finished in about 760th place, more then 8000 players, I think the pay out started at about 620.
Great experience, don’t need to do it again, just like I don’t need to try ski jumping again, or driving a motorcycle at 120 plus mph. All great kicks, but once done, don’t need to go back for a second taste, Actually brussel sprouts also fit into the same category.
It has taken me 4 days to recuperate, mentally, not physically. I’ll play in small tourneys’ tomorrow and Thursday just to see where I am with my game.
