sounds great…anyone ever have peanut wings? if done right, they are wonderful.

I am looking for a recipe for peanut butter chicken
our local chinese place makes this dish, I have asked them for the recipe, but I can not understand the lady their to write it down and she won’t write it down.
Description: chicken breast, coated in a thin peanut butter "coating", dipped in a "crunchy" something, then baked or fried.
It sounds strange, but it is wonderful.
Any ideas?? I have tried Google with no luck.
