Amen on a payroll service like Paychex or ADP !
A bit $pendy but they take care of everything!
They make a weekly draw/hold on your business account
that takes care of everything!
Forget to send in your withholding $$$ or the PIA
paper trail the state and feds require monthly and
quarterly those $250 plus fines add up quick and
makes the payroll services $150 a month fees seen
like peanuts !!!!!!!!!!
I’ve used Paychex as well. Very professional, very easy. Not too cheap, but worth it to me for the headache free service.
Per Clark Howard Bank of America has a free service to account holders.
I highly recommend Paychex, save you a ton of time and trouble, cheap too.
Does anyone out there use a program to pay their employees and figure out the taxes and money that comes out? Or would you suggest going to an accoutant or service to pay employees. We have between 5 to 15 employees based on the season. THANKS!!
