how bout 1 fried 1 blackened with this (just thought it up is now on my todo list)
sauted onions garlic crawdads shrimp chirso in a white wine cream/parm sauce over egg noodles or whatever.

I liked the fried the best JB. It was the best fried fish I have ever tasted in my life… I just ate it by itself… Now I’m hungry again…

I grew up on fried fish, given a choice I’ll go with blackend
I caught a bunch of Pompanos and cooked them different methods. I used HEB fish fry cornmeal on these. Fried in peanut oil at 350 degrees. Very delicious!!!
