I fried up a mess of shrimp and scallops Sunday night for dinner. The shrimp were great and the scallops good. I think I’ll stick to a scampi style for them in the future. But my shrimp will be fried like this from now on.
Thanks man.
Great video, Surfinsapo! Nothin’ bad in that meal, kind of makes me want to do a fry this weekend.
I am over the top amazed and impressed! What a beautiful presentation! It has an internet drool factor going.
Your video is so creative and inventive. What a great job you did!

Thanks to both of you too… [:D]
I don’t think I’ve ever seen Zatarain’s fish fry spice mix. I’ll have to look for it.
By the way, nice presentation.
Thanks for the video. And I was gonna ask about the shirt until you explained it. [:)]

WOW, I’m gonna have to try this with the shrimp. Thanks for posting it.
Drooling here!
Pan fried or deep?

Hi Bob. I just peel the shrimp and devein. Then soak in cold water. Shake excess water off and then cover with
"Zateran’s Fish Fry (lemon added)" spice mix. Then off to the hot oil…
