    I fried up a mess of shrimp and scallops Sunday night for dinner. The shrimp were great and the scallops good. I think I’ll stick to a scampi style for them in the future. But my shrimp will be fried like this from now on.

    I don’t think I’ve ever seen Zatarain’s fish fry spice mix. I’ll have to look for it.
