We’re really excited about it too. We’ll keep some on the side to bring in Baltimore – if we win, we’ll pair it with a bottle from our winnings as an additional door prize!
Sue,
That sounds like a bunch of fun!! I like the idea of making it at home and hauling it over to the event! Best of luck to both of you.
Maybe you can bring the trial batch with your the following week as a door-prize !!
We are looking forward to meeting you in Baltimore on the 26th!

Can’t be there, but wish you guys the best of luck! It would be such fun to see a Roadfooder win!
We re confirmed! Bob and I are in our first chili cook-off! Ok, ok, granted it s not exactly for a world championship, but it is for a case of wine! It s being held at a local winery, Westfall in Montague, NJ here are the details.

Nice simple rules for first timers! Bob has been perfecting his chili recipe for years, and the last batch was divine. We figure this ll be a fun way to see how others like it. And we get to visit a new winery. It s only about a half hour from us, and we never even knew it existed.
If anyone is in the area, please let us know if you d like to join us for a nice day of chili judging and wine sippin ! [:o)] Sue
