I asked this question about a month ago.if you search my recent posts/threads you should see some varying ideas on how you can do it.
We are installing an under counter fridge, a 2 burner LP range (open cabinet base), and a half-height warming cabinet.
We could attach to the floors or the walls. From the other post on here it sounds like most people are attaching to the floor. whatever would work best to keep things from moving around during transit.
are you trying to secure them to the floor? what type of equipment are you installing?

We recently purchased a food truck and are in the process of installing new appliances.
What is everyone using to secure the appliances in place? I saw a few post from a long time ago but didn’t really find a definitive answer.
Does anyone have any suggestions and/or pictures?

Yep, that’s the way everything in my trailer is secured, and its not going anywhere.
2 hole L brackets and 1″ self tapping screws. The Home Depot special.
Pretty much all commercial refrigerators have a inch or two of phone insulation so poking a hole won’t hurt it. Other equipment, just poke around inside where you plan on attaching the bracket and make sure nothing is in the way.
Stainless counters, more 1″ self tapping. Go from the bottom and pop a couple through the lip against the wall.
I use A LOT of 1″ self tapping screws.
some of the threads suggest using ratchet straps and some using floor flanges on the legs of equipment stands.
I was thinking of using flanges on the floor and clamps on the wall for extra support, but don’t know if that will apply to your equipment I’ll be installing equipment tables, and be using brackets or flanges for the equipment.
